Thanks for the advice guys! My friends were actually telling me to drop the IST's, get assault cannons on my dreads (giving them CCW w/ Heavy Flamer of course) and with the extra points, adding a LRC to the mix (which I feel to be to much of a points sink at 1.5k pts...)
