+++ i'd swap the storm bolter for a power toy. I5 is a terrible thing to waste really, and a power toy will also be immenently more usefull against lesser opposition such as gaunts/guardsmen/basic marines.
also, striking in I order is more usefull against worrysome targets like orks or 'zerkers and power fist sergeants who can do some nasty damage!+++

+++ perhaps just a flamer for thins squad? as all your tactical squads infiltrait, you could perhaps set these guys up a bait unit and/or use them as a forward unit... (and thus the flamer will see action!)
it can also help define these guys more as a pure anti-infantry squad as the other 2 squads both have more ap3/2 shots, meaning they can concentrate on more heavily armoured foes and leave these guys to handle lighter foes?+++

+++ i'd give 1 squad bolters simply to give you some longer ranged rapid fire ability... very usefull against meq's for forcing saves while it can help quickly cut down the numbers of larger assault units like orks/nids.+++

+++ interesting! likely give opponent's a bit of a shock too...
just beware of the over-kill factor inherent in all melta weapons... against av12 and worse targets, don't worry about half range! ap1 is good enough. generally, if you're within 6" of your target, don't shoot it with these guys unless it's absolutely nessessary! too many times you'll get that 6 result and blow yourself up along with the enemy armour...+++

I'm keeping the multi-meltas because the Devs are specialist tank killers, and that tasty 2D6 for armour pen is too much to resist.

I played a rather successful test game last night, beating Mech Tau by 1000 VP's. It took only 2 turns to destroy all of his armour amongst the m.l's and multi's.
it's a good list.
the main thing i see is that other assault-based armies will love you because they're generally better than you at what they do;
- orks get choppas & numbers
- 'nids get speed & numbers
- chaos get loads of crap like chainaxes
- eldar are just plain rude thanks to those clowns
that's why i suggest 1 bolter squad for forward support - they can even up the numbers so you can handle the charge...
