Age: 38, though it is only speculation. Records of his birth and family lineage have been sealed by command of the Ordo Xenos Solar

Faction/profession: Inquistor, Ordo Xenos, Segmentum Solar. Delta-plus level psyker, soulwarded by the Inquisition due to a possible daemonic possession which was exorcised by a Grey Knights Justicar.

Weapons: Storm Bolter (Psycannon bolts, infused and prepared by Julius himself), master crafted Nemesis Force sword (in the form of a 32" blade of ancient make, with no visible power markings or fields. rumored to be a gift from an ancestor who fought an pacified Tera at the Emperors side, and went on to become a Custode). Several smaller knifes, and a matte black, Inquisition issue hellpistol in a back holster under his robes.

Appearance: He has deviated far from the typical Terran, in that he has quested far and wid for the Ordos. His jet black hair has taken on a almost oily blue sheen to it from long years spent capture on the Ulthwe craftworld, where he was said to have finally been released, and given the curious tattooed markings on his shoulders and forearms, which appear to be stylistic vines.

He bears several charms and scrolls of purity, banishment and warding, as well as having had the sigil stamped into purity seals branded onto his right hand. The multitude of oddities he carries is just further enhanced by the ancient Crusade era power armor he bears, which is curiously absent of all sigils of symbols, and colored only matte black with a muted silver trim. This armor is also covered by a foot length tabard, much like the ones Black Templars wear, though blazoned with no device and make from some un-known material that seems resistant to all wear and tear.

His eyes are deep green, and sunken into his weathered and tanned face, which has a still white scar on it from his battle with the famed Ork Warboss Gorgutz (hehehe). Overall, his physical appearance is not that startling, but is is his manner, and the very aura of his psychic presence that makes people uneasy and nervous around him.

Story: Julius keeps to himself, and seems to like it that way. He is a cold, silent man with nerves of steel and a history of making harsh decisions that have even the ice-cold Inquisitors and Astartes wonder. Some have called him insane, for his sense of Honor extends to all ideals and facets of the Imperium, and any insult or besmirching of them is seen as a personal insult.

He was, in his first few assignments, pulled back and replaced for snapping whilst undercover and killing lesser heretics and their ilk, out of sheer rage. He is also a horrendously effective psyker, though his mind was warped and bent by thew Ulthwe Eldar, who had thought to manipulate him and use him to bring down surrounding Imperial Worlds one by one. they only succeeding in giving him reoccurring nightmares, and giving the Imperium a terrifying soldier.

If you've made it into his service, then you leave it only by death, and there are rumors that his practices are not always as pure as he makes them, though only one man voice those, and the skull on the abdomen plate of his armor is rumored to be that mans.
