No LaTD would work but you know what COdex Imperial guard Is great for this stuff too with doctrines and GW even encourages use of doctrines for this kinda stuff (mostly so they don't need to make codexs for this stuff) maybe carapace armor, Die hards, chem-inhalers,...and what ever else you can think of I just choose those because they are dead so they have little fear and well bones are tougher then flesh and you do have to really shatter undead to stop them
Latd would work if you want to give up the guard flexibility
