those eyes really are glowy!
now, about the truescale. its a pretty good job. the key is to keep the cut as much at a 90 degree angle as possible as a diagonal cut will (as im sure youve realised) screw up the whole leg. also, the legs are a bit too spreadeagled, like they should be mounted, which really wastes the truescalings since you dont really see the difference in height much.
try make the legs a bit more upright (easier said than done, i know) by cuting the leg at the waist and angling it down a bit.
also, if you really want them nice and tall, take a pair of legs, truesce then then glue thm to a base with the leg thats the most bent standing on something (i usually use a piece of sprue, that i later cover with leftover GS), which will further increase the height. take the first pic of try two (already miles better than the first one - good job), if you stand his left leg on something, he will be a lot taller than he already is.
if you think the legs look a bit thin, you can always bulk them out with GS a bit.
also, since im so lazy, why dont you just post the pics from photobucket rather than link them? just use the IMG code option instead of URL link. it'll make the thread look really spiffy
PS: i should be borrowing a camera from a friend of mine today so ill hopefully get some pics up later on in my own WIP thread to give you more examples of what i mean
great work, keep it up. 5 stars from me
