Well if you want close combat either Blood Angels or Black Templars.
If you go with the Blood Angels theme though I would advise getting some assault squads as they really are the meat and bone of a Blood Angels army!
I would arm the Commander with a Plasma pistol and Power weapon (master crafted so you re-roll a missed hit) and gear the command squad towards close combat as well (Maybe stick a powerfist in there as well to take care of armour)
Use the Tactical Squad as ranged support for the command squad whilst the Devastators take out Armour and the Snipers pick off choice enemy targets
But you really need some Assault Squads first to drive home the charge
Then maybe a few Death Company and a Chaplain!!
