With what you have you are going to struggle to make even a 1000 points

I havent used the scouts as Blood Angels cant use snipers
Even if you use every upgrade (and all the expensive ones too) you will struggle to make 1000 points also your army will not be very balanced-getsome Assault Squads to boost your Troops choice (maybe trade your Scouts for them) |
