the new one by a mile! i like converting models, especially the bigger ones... plastic is simply so much easier to work with and at most it only requires a little bit of green stuff for potential gap-filling.
metal can usually require not only gap-filling, but pining + green stuff bonds to stop it falling apart!
not to mention the new one is also much easier to weapon-swap as you want!
