Fulgrim I just finish it tonight, finally. I must say when I first picked it up, it was rather slow and dull to me. The pace seemed forced, etc.. But, a few chapters in and I was HOOKED. The more and more the Legion turned to Slaanesh, the more and more I was drawn in. The author has a SUPERB talent at describing opulence and such in great, vivid sentences that create almost crystal clear pictures in my head. If for naught but the imagery alone, I reccomend this.
Plus, I officially hate the Laer... May they burn in hell. Also, I won't spoiler anything... But given what Lucius and Edilon said about what Rylanor was doing on Isstavan III, what do you guys think happened to Tarvitz NOW?
Please, let me know what you think of this book. The description of what happened in La Fenice I thought was exceptionally awesome.
