absolutely not! lol, anyone silly enough to try should not be doing snow.
BOT: the baking powder should remain ok through time (i have a comission from about 3 years ago that i see at my mates house from time to time and its till fine), though i dont know what effect varnish has on it. id try that on a tst model too
