Default HUGE battle report 9k points, part 1

OK, so my friends and I wanted to try playing with all our models at once. We are each playing with a 3k split into 2 armies, using 2 FOC's. My frien Jay is playing Kroot and Tyranids, my friend Eric is playing Ipmerial Guard, and Tau. I'm playing 2 helpings of Dark Angels. We played on a 4x8 table with a ruined city style terrain. The game will be 6 turns then random game length. My 2 lists consisted of:

List 1
Commander w/ command squad in LR(10)
Rhino with Marines(10)
Scouts with Sniper riffles w/ teleport homer(5)
Terminators (10) (in reserve)
1 dred with AC and DCCW w/ HF in a drop pod (in reserve)

List 2
Chaplin with Assault Marines(in reserve)
3 tacticals with heavy/speacial weapons
Pred anhilator
Ven. Dread. w/ TWLC and ML with tank hunters
Land Speeder Tornados (3) (in reserve)
Whirlwind

The Tau were deployed in the north-west corner of the table; Dark Angels List 1 in the north; tyranids in the North-East, Imperial Guard in the South-East; Kroot in the South; Dark Angels list 2 in the South-West.

So, with all the terrain and such and the Armies set up, we began. Tau won the first turn Which was by far the worst case senario.

TAU TURN 1: The Tau opened up on DA L2. Tau fire power killed 60% of Tactical squad 1 with their sniper drones, and forced a leadership test, which they passed. The Tau Rail Gun Destroyed Ven. Dred. On the reroll, it destroyed the TLLC on the Ven. Dred. and Shook it (down to stunned because of extra armour)

DARK ANGELS L1 TURN 1: The Land Raider and the Rhino Moved forward and full Speed smashing into the Tau lines, through their smoke screeens. Scouts did nothing against a hamerhead tank.The Tactical Squad opened up with rapid firing bolter shots, only managing to kill 2 fire warrions, but the command squad was able to charge, masacering a stealthteam, and then moving into the Fire Warriors.

TYRANID TURN 1: The Tyranids rushed forward toward The Imperial Guard And made it into close combat of the First turn! They killed 3 squads of guardsmen and masacred into a squad of sentinels. The Carnifex looked toward the Dark Angels and began to walk west.

IMPERIAL GUARD TURN 1: The IG were realling from the blows made by the Tyranids. They rearanged in an effort to better defend against the bugs, and missed with ordnance shots from their Leman Russ's and their Basalisk.

KROOT TURN 1: The Kroot were scattered across the table due to their infiltrate ability. Kroot Snipers Fired at the DA L2 Tactical Squads, but failed to kill any. Other Kroot ran through thecity toward the Tau, and Some engaged the already decimated Imperial Guard. The Master Shaper Carved open the Basalisk with his eviserator and ended his turn.

DARK ANGELS L2 TURN 1: The Dark Angels opened up their fire power on the Tau, with bolters, heavy bolters and las cannons. They managed to Immoblize and stun the Hammer Head with Rail gun, and kill the shield warriors protecting the HQ. Whirlwind missed.

With this, we stopped playing as set up and the first turn took about 4 hours. I'll continue the Report as we continue the battle! Thanks for reading!
