go onto the tournament circut and it's mainly librarians with a cheap master for the Ld10 in most competitive 'codex' marine armies.
the librarian will no doubt have at least fear of the darkness or fury of the ancients. (if not both!) might of heroes is another popular power for competitive armies... the libby will either drop pod in, or else teleport thanks to his terminator armour and then unleashes fear or fury in the middle of the enemy force... (and the results are quite nasty!)
as for the current dark angel list i'm building, i'm using belial so i can take termies as troops and a librarian with jump pack as the dark angel's new hellfire power is simply godly! who in their right mind doesn't like the though of a potential S10 ap1 flamer template?!!
