well, i've had to leave the libby out of my astro list due the 1500pts constraint...
however, in 1700pts games i run him with a jump pack, so by going 2nd i can hopefully be in range of the enemy on turn 1!
simply supporting him with something else to take the charge for him and/or picking on very small units should help him get off at least 2-3 hellfires/game?!
