hmmmm... well, first off i think you need at least a scroll caddy, (Lv1 wizard w/2 dispel scrolls), as that dragon will attract every nasty trick your opponent can throw at it! (and you lack any kind of magical defense as well!)

the dragon could help your knights by manouvering to hit an enemy in the flank or rare while your knights charge the front...
also, you could use it in tandom with say the knights charging a unit's front & the marauders charge the flank. position the dragon into the enemy unit's fallback corridor to wipe them out as they try to flee! (this might work exceedingly well if you give the knights the mark of nurgle as any out-numbered enemy unit will be forced to flee if beaten!)

however, i'd drop the khorne champ & khorne knights for a wizard as your final hero... (remember, the dragon takes up a hero slot on top of the lord slot!)
