Black Light = UV *i think* made popular in the 70's *Hippies had SOME good ideas* used commonly w/ day-glow paints and posters. (you can find them in stardard bulb and bar form)
FF paint (found spray on clearance and bought alot - decided i really liked it *tried it on a razorback and didnt like it on that tho*)
Bases: Used Kitty litter (unsoiled of course) and sand, leaving gaps. Shot w/ black Spray DB w/ shades of grey.
Gaps filled in w/ green colors.
Realistic Water *clear resin* wixed w/ a drop of GW green ink and layered into gaps.
Crystals: cut w/ hotknife from extra green sprue.
