Seems good, nice solid amount of close combat troops. Its good that you've got more Initiates than Neophytes so your using the 3+ save rather than the 4+ save.

I'd suggest changing these to heavy bolters because you have a large amount of anti-tank fire power already, what you need is multi shot weapons to thin out those large enemy units who could drag down your infantry through weight of numbers

Personally I think HK missiles are too much of an indulgence but that amount of anti-tank firepower coming from 2 vehicles will make any enemy tank or big beasty pause
