gav has pretty much outright said that there will eventually be a proper codex for each of the chaos powers... ie: khorne, nurgle, tzeentch & slaanesh.
a codex for each of the undivided legions is highly unlikely however as for the most part, it's little more than a slightly different organisation. (though nothing to the extent of say how blood angels differ from ultrasmurfs!)
