+++ i'd honestly dumb him down to just the 2-wound chappy... it's alot cheaper and you aren't really gaining much anyways for the extra pts.
also lose the termie honours. for the same price you can get another space marine! as an IC the chappy is never a scoring unit anyways so keep his cost bare minimum - spend the extra pts on those models which will actually count as scoring units!+++

+++ drop 4 neophytes from each squad just so you don't get thrashed by the mixed armour rules... (ie: after you suffer your first 3 casulties, the next 'set' of wounds from the next enemy unit will start picking on your neophytes as they're now the majority save!)
a cleaver opponent will catch you on this and you'll find your units quickly losing their numerical advantage...+++

+++ i prefer the assault cannon + rocket launcher combo myself... cheaper, just as effective vs tanks and much better vs infantry! it's a truely multi-purpose killing machine!+++

+++ make the squad only 8 strong... 6 is too few to be effective and 10 leads to over-kill, plus it's much more difficult to make decent use of cover with the larger unit size.

the difference between a decent assault unit and a great assault unit is that the great assault unit will cripple, but not wipe out/chase off it's opponents untill your opponent's turn! that way, you don't get shot to crap before you can mug some other poor unit!+++

+++ i'd take heavy bolter sponsons in place of lascannons. staying mobile is key to keeping your armour alive... you could also use some more anti-hoard firepower as well to help thin out numerically supieror forces, or else counter those dedicated enemy assault units that are generally much better than your templars...+++

So what about this I got rid of 2 MM and the hunterkillers
by thining out some stuff and better optimised your scoring units, you could likely get another small crusader squad with say a heavy bolter or rocket launcher to provide some long ranged support and continually contest your own deployment zone?
