true enough, but factor in that your mst likely opponents will be marines, loyal or chaos. Take your BS3 causing only 50% chance of hitting, then consider that only 1/3 of shots fired (heavy bolters) actually ave a chance of taking down a space marine - as long as they've wounded.
I wouldn't be surprised if it took at least five, probably more Chimeras to bring down a ten man squad of marines.
If you actually make this army - good luck with it what with the number of men you'll have jumping from exploding transports. |
