is it actually a 40k thing

and if its not, why does that look like 40k imperial-tau stealthsuits, VTOLs, dreadnaughts and a defiler inspired walker?

I hesitate to even imagine the fate I and my friends shall deal to the GW employees who decide to vote FOR something like this being included into fluff or game. Gruesome it shall be.
