I've never heard of Primer before, and it seems like Lieutenant General should come before General, but I really don't know military ranks very extensively. And perhaps General and Marshal switched.

5star General *only 1 at any given time (could be compared w/ Warmaster) is denoted as General of the (army, navy, airfarce, jarhead)
