i'd imagine you won't see more than a chimera transport,
maybe a single russ battle tank at the very most. the basic 1 hq 2 troops can get pretty points heavy for guard so he'll probably not have much in the way of armoured support.
adding to baronspiky's advice, i'd take the speeder and trust it to do the anti tank work, if it has a melta so much the better. i'd also take the jump marines if you can as guard hate cc. pump the remaining points into crusader squads and you're ready to rock!
