 state your races case
i know all of the races are said to be balanced in 40k, but i thought that we could compile the pro's/con's of each army into one thread so that newbies (like me) to read over them and choose thier army carfully instead of just (exe) buying those eldar that they thought were cool but turns out thier really hard to play when a noob.
