yep! so if your model has that bolter + bolt pistol & ccw as his basic equipment, he can fire his bolter in his turn, then when the enemy assaults, he can pull out his 2 single-handed weapons and beat the foolish enemy senseless!

this is why chaos marines are now so damn tasty!
