Well the book says the length of the game is to be agreed upon by both players/teams...as for the table size??...well lets just say the last large scale game I played with my sons took up two 4x8 tables side by side...and that was at 8K...so you'll just have to answer that for yourself...how big do you wanna play?...and remember some things have a minimum range as well...like titan weaps, arty and warmachine big guns...so you don't wanna be too close
