I suppose given the whole BP bit that a combi flamer is fine. A combi-plasma however is much more fluffy for DA, but I can see the sense in keeping the combi weapon an assault.

Not sure why the flamer is there, if you can get the pts, I would say add in a plasma gun. Makes more sense and supports the squad better, imho. Though, again, I don't know your tactics there.
