Neophytes are like Knight Squires... they learn everything from initiates, is the first step in black templar ranks. They go to battle to learn and see if they worth the gene seed from the chapter.
It is hard conversion for them, better get old collection neophytes with chainsword and bolt pistol.
But the convertion seen pretty good but you need lots of pieces of other armies like bretonia or chaos. |
