Not much into the templars as far as squad consistancy goes...but as for using yer melta from the rhino...yes ...you can choose to have two models fire from the top hatch giving them a 360 degree arch of fire...if you add the pintle mounted storm bolter, then you will be able to get five bolt shots and the melta as you roll up on your opponent...possibly taking half a squad out?...unless yer playin Orks, Nids or IG...LMAO
