it easily possible! i'd try the following set-up;

parent army: space marines w/trust your battle brothers trait
- libby or captain...
- deathwatch kill-team allied HQ

elites;
- only real allied choice is the daemonhunter =I=. this guy gets the psycannon/bolts options which are also heavily used by the ordo xenos due to the high number of psychic aliens out there!
- dreadnoughts

troops;
- tactical squads

fast attack;
- perhaps assault squads w/out jump packs loaded into drop pods?!

heavy support;
- devastators w/4 heavy bolters (if your opponent is a very sporting fellow, perhaps he/she would allow you to pay the extra pts to upgrade your shells to include the hellfire ammo + suspensors!)

the thing is, the deathwatch don't include any vehicles beyond rhinos, drop pods & tunnelers... they're simply a bunch of space marines! while the idea of say a bike squad and assault squads has been floated about, the basic premise originally concived is that the deathwatch marines are a purely infantry force who rely on their squad upgrades or else nearby support to achive their objectives...

cheers!
