Painting Tutorial: Wear and Tear For people that want grungy looking vehicles here's a simple set of instructions for doing so:
First off base coat your model:
Next your going to want to give it an ink wash, use less or more ink to decide exactly how dirty it's going to be:
After thats dry take a small old brush and get a small amount of black paint on it. Use this to carefully dry brush black onto the sides of where you want your wear and tear to be:
Finally get Gunmetal Silver or some other dark silver. Use the same old brush to dry brush a small amount of silver onto the black. Be careful to only put the silver near the edges and to leave the black showing:
