Thanks for all the replies guys! So from the post I got I garner...

He didn't get an extra attack from his chainsword (it use's the characters attack stat) only his pistol

My dire avengers did shoot the correct amount and could assault after bladestorming

My farseer can use all his physcic powers except eldritch storm and mindwar in close combat.

And I can't assault out of a transport that has moved.

Thanks mates, the rules were just a little gray on these issues for us, well at least in our eyes.
