you can take Inquisitorial forces as allies- i'll let someone else detail the exact restrictions, but that the only way in games of less than 3000pts (and using 1 force organisation chart) that you can use allies.

over 3000pts, and using apocalypse 'rules', the gloves are off and you can go to town with whatever you want.
