The thing about apoc allies: you need a GOOD cover story for the alliances or it's a no-go.
Reference the Allies Matrix for who you need what level of stories to make alliances for.
(Basically, anything "open" in Apoc is "wether your opponent agrees or not" so in pick-up-games, or PUGs, you need a good story to make alliances) |
