Personally I think Rough Riders are the worst units in the entire 40K model range.
I mean, come on, guys on horses? Seriously. Don't horses spook really easily anyway? What are they, genetically enhanced super-horses or some nonsense?
They had so many other options for fast-moving IG units in the distant future.
