i used to make lots of scenery out of random stuff i found in everyday life. i would just pick interesting looking stuff up and incorperate it into something whenever i was struck by the inspitation.
corrugated card was a fave. you could go to a super market and walk out with as many fruit packing boxes as you could carry. i once spent a whole day making ruined buildings using nothing but corrugated card. wound up with enough for a whole ruined city! |
