upto 2 models may use the top hatch. the problem is pete hains 'forgot' to put all the transport & firepoint rules into the 4th edition rulebooks!>.< (one of the reasons he's long gone...)

of corse, you may not fire any heavy weapons out of the top if the tank itself has already moved and rapid fire weapons will be reduced to their 12" range!

(i catch alot of people at the store on that one!)
