sadly IIRC, there's no more flamer option for regular BA assault squads - only veteran assault squads and the smaller honour guard squad can take a flamer.
still, it's just yet another reason to include a veteran assault squad!
i'd also throw a lascannon into that 10-man tactical squad and bump the rhino upto a razorback. swap the flamer for a meltagun and use the razorback's twin-linked heavy bolters for some crowd control.
also, you need a baal predator! those things are insanely good - especially with the heavy flamer sponsons as they can clear an amazing amount of enemies, and no one expects it either! (99.9% of BA players take the heavy bolters instead, but i've found that heavy flamer sponsons are even more deadly once they get into range...)
