a major psychic power is any power which requires a psychic test to be taken.
a minor power never requires a psychic test - they're always in effect.
keep in mind though that warlock powers are just that; 'warlock powers'. i honestly don't think there are any more actual 'minor' psychic powers??!
so yep, those templars can't ignore things like destructor, conceal or viel of tears!
