IIRC, all the support weapons are indirect-fire weapons? you shouldn't ever be in line of sight.
if they're not indirect, then deploy them in some good cover like you would anyways with regular guardians! (or most eldar for that matter...)
the big problem though for the enemy if he/she thinks they can just sit back out of range to nutralise your support batteries, is that they're very likely not achiving the mission objective! so let them sit back and give you an easy go of say, taking and holding that central building which is in range of both your d-cannons & vibro cannons!
