you can then make the 2 scout squads into 2 seperate units to keep that extra death company marine??? (can't recall if scouts let you take a death company marine or not...)
also, if you add a multi-melta to that tactical squad, add in a rhino or better yet a razorback and use the combat squads rule to so that both upgrades are always in use... (ie: if you shoot at a tank with that multi-melta, then the flamer is wasted!)
