ok now by worst are you saying by fluff or by what options/capabilites they have? none of them really such on fluff all have something that appeals to one or another chaos player/fan. now in capabilities thats where you can have some argument as in the last 3rd ed codex you still had rules for most of the chaos legions. now with the 4th ed release you have rules for NONE of the legions. oh you can use the 4 god choice units however no matter how many you play you still aren't really playing the legion. suppossedly gw is going to do a "deamon" codex sometime next year which will have legion rules for khorne, tzeentch, nurgle and slanesh. but i'll believe that when i see more on it from them and hear more official word from a developer or a red shirt (you out there stitch?).

now another question. are you asking this to figure out which legion you want to collect/play? if thats it i say pick the one that you like the fluff on most. you can create a grand company or war band from that legion and change the paint scheme if you dont like what gw says thier colors are. thats one great thing with this hobby. you have plenty of room to mess around with stuff like that.

me i'm an Iron warriors and 1000 sons fan. i really enjoy the fluff and feel that these 2 legions were more "forced" to chaos then that they turned because they want to "rule the universe". now i'm not say that in fluff they haven't graviated toward that thought but they started off as feeling put upon or betrayed by the empire and that was thier reason for turning.
