Requirements:

100 posts minimum(no exceptions). 200+ preferred.
At least 1/2 - 1 page of background on your marine, and how/why he came to be a Chaplain, and serve the company he does.
Wargear/retinue as per Codex: Blood Angels (pdf from GW... There can be multiple 'Chaplain Lemartes' counts as.)
Black Armor. Right shoulder pad should be personal heraldry, the left shoulder pad the chapter badge. Heraldry is to be submitted to me and judged.

This thread will be fleshed out after work/concert tonight. Company Commanders may pass their candidates for Company Chaplain on to me, and I will administer 'the test'... For Mart, as long as you can do the fluff, you're fine (and I can understand delays due to your ban/painting frenzy). I just think the Chaplains would be more up to the First Chaplains Command before the Commanders.
