my apologies no offense intended. it's rather simple you go to the challenge room and start a new thread like" My 3000pts Space Marines vs. (your army here). then in the thread you can explain any fluff you may want or the level of play (gamma or alpha, what have you) then a challenger accpets then a custodian takes over the game. you'll then PM the custode your list then he'll post it after checking the points and such then everyone votes on who they think will win.....
