This is a tough one to answer, as all have their uses and I use all patterns. I'd say I use the Steel legion one the least, and they are probably best used in your HQ with improved comms.
Catachan version is quite awesome if you use it with the drop troops doctrine. Deep strike and BBQ everybody!
Mars and Cadian are probably the best all around. Mars has one more shot and 3 str 6 shots are very good. I probably use cadian the most because of high strength, better AP and the ability to pop transports. |
