well, 4 of the chosen are cult leaders, so just build them as pimped-out chaos lords/sorcerers! pile on the gifts and wargear as much as you can and go to town!
as for the 5th chosen, he's basically a 'mini abbadon' in that he's just an undivided chaos lord.
look into the major cult characters to form the basis for each chosen; ie kharn for abbadon's khornate chosen champion...
have a troll through the bitz on the gw on-line store too. there's way too much to even begin to list!
