ah but then again the Primarchs were far more removed from humanity than the Astartes or even the Emperor. The Emperor at least was once a mortal man, admittedly an extremely powerful one, and the Space Marines all originate as humans. But the Primarchs were created in a lab, engineered to be perfect generals, leaders, heroes- the Emperor may have used his own genetic code to manufacture them but that doesn't mean they shared any similar traits with humans regarding the process of procreation. |
