Ok I understand the first part of the trait, but the second part is what is confusing me.
"amend the points cost for terminator armor to 25/15. this means that single wound models can be given terminator armor"
do i take this to mean that if i were to say give a sergent terminator honors i could then give him terminator armor???
and weapons???
anyone have an awnser?
