IIRC Jetpacks... NOT JUMPACKS can move 6in in both the shooting phase and the asault phase. They may move in the assault phase even if they are not going to assault.
That is under the area of the BBB where they talk about jumpacks
However, I haven't read that part in a while and don't have the book on hand to confirm it...
