i'm thinking more of the idea of using the dp legs spliced at the shin and thigh and spacers added to make him taller there. and taking the upper torso from the inquisitor Inquistor model (Tygrus i think his name is) because i like the shoulder pads. (i'd have to cut out that throat guard though) i need some large bare arms that hopefully i wouldn't have to cut to look proportionate. saw some just the other day in one of my older wd mags but need to figure out what it was from as it was a conversion in the pic. for his axe i'm thinking some pc stick and pc for the blade (couple layers thick on the blade) and slicing off the teeth from a chain sword to put in the middle of the blade. for his bolter probably go with inqui line size. for the base i'm thinking of picking up either a sm dread molded base or one from the new eldar wraithlord or war walkers. i just hope that i can find a model with a decent face that i can gs over to do a central eye (i dont like the artwork with the eye off to one side) and perhaps some hair swept back.
i'm make this model mainly for me. if some other folks like it cool if not no worries. if thier an arse about it well i can always tell them where to stick thier opinion!
