I'd have to say 1kSons. They are slow however, but I'd say they are the best shooty Chaos army. Get ya some Defilers and Preds, Termies with R. Autocannons. They lack a little in CC. Their sorcerers can be quite deadly. I suggest getting the new Chaos Terminator Lord model, for sure.
